 The all New 2020 Edition Yocan Evolve Plus XL is a thorough rework of the blockbuster Evolve Plus. There isn't anything that carries directly over from the original. The battery jumps more than 25% to 1400mAh to power the all new QUAD Quartz Rod Coil. It uses 4 stainless steel wrapped quartz rod coils to give you huge eNail like hits. The mouthpiece connection is magnetic for the added convenience and you can now control the airflow to really personalize your experience. The built in silicone jar was reworked and is now removable and has two separate compartments. There are several new colors including Luminous, which glows in the dark when it has been exposed to sunlight. There is also a removable hanging ring and lanyard to make carrying it with you a breeze. They even redesigned the included loading tool to improve your experience. If you are a cloud chaser, this is the one for you.

USA Flavor Bans:
Massachusetts: Sorry but we can no longer ship to this state
Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker on Tuesday declared a public health emergency in the state "due to severe lung disease associated with the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana-infused products." He is requesting a four-month ban on selling any and all vaping-related products, both in person and online.
Rhode Island: As of today we can ship but that will stop any day now
Governor Gina Raimondo has authorized the Rhode Island Department of Health to ban flavored vaping products from stores in the state. The governor signed executive action Wednesday afternoon, saying she was acting as both a mother and the governor, after seeing flavored e-cigarettes become a public health crisis. The executive order has enacted emergency regulations that last 120 days with an optional extension of 60 more days.
New York: Shipments permitted until Oct 18th
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo of New York State was the first Gov in the nation to implement a ban on the sale of flavored electronic cigarettes and nicotine e-liquids, following a vote on emergency regulations by the Public Health and Health Planning Council.
Michigan: Shipments permitted until Oct 4th
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer issued an emergency ban on the online and retail sale of nicotine vaping products in any flavor except tobacco.
Oregon: Only vaping products that taste like hemp/mj or tobacco can continue being sold past Tuesday October 15th.
